Our daily routine at Rama School Christmas Camp is simple, joyful, and balanced —helping children stay active, creative, and peaceful throughout the day.
  • Morning
    Wake up, wash, get ready

    Light warm-up or joyful dance

    Collective meditation (children lead in turns)
  • Breakfast
    Creative or learning activity (art, music, dance, workshops, crafts)

    Snack

    Sahaja Yoga seminar with interactive tasks
  • Lunch
    Quiet or creative afternoon session

    Active games, outdoor fun or workshops

    Snack and free time
  • Dinner
    Collective evening — games, film or quest

    Children’s meditation and treatment

    Getting ready for sleep

    Short evening meditation and meeting for yogis and volunteers

Each day is filled with moments of collectivity, creativity and inner silence —living the joy of Sahaja culture in a festive Christmas atmosphere.

  • Opening Havan on the first day
  • Sahaja Yoga seminars – chakras, principles, attention, silence
  • Creative workshops – music, bhajans, dance, painting, theater, handcrafts
  • Nature walks and outdoor play
  • Making handmade gifts and decorations for Puja
  • Children’s concert and theater performance
  • Collective treatments, bhajans, and meditations
  • Christmas celebration and Christmas Puja 25.12.2025
Everything happens naturally — through play, meditation, and collectivity.
